David Benaim joined Beck Law in 2019. Mr. Benaim was born in Venezuela and is fluent in Spanish. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and went on to earn his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Benaim was recognized as one of the university’s spotlight students for his innovative approach to law school. Mr. Benaim has experience in contract and trademark law. He primarily focuses on insurance coverage disputes and construction defect litigation.
